LIBRARY: Upgrade of map of excellence and Innovamare platform from cross-border to ADRION region

To expand the map of excellence, the project team will follow a clear step-by-step process that involves desk research and conducting semi-structured interviews with potential members. In each new country 5 interviews will be conducted in collaboration with local country partner. The team will utilize both the Innovamare and BLUEAIR database, which have been developed as part of these two projects.
The first step in this activity is to analyze the key stakeholders involved. This analysis will focus on understanding their available resources, needs, and existing infrastructure. This will be implemented in collaboration with all participating countries. By gathering this information, the project team can identify areas of excellence and potential for further development.
All partners in the project will participate by providing relevant data and contacts specific to their respective countries. The leadership for this initiative will be taken by DIH Innovamare, who will provide guidance and coordination throughout the process.

A clear methodological framework will be established to ensure a systematic and consistent implementation of the activities. This framework will serve as a guideline for the team, ensuring that the research, interviews, and data collection are carried out in a structured and efficient manner.
